CANDLE CHORIZO

Iberian Pork candle chorizo is prepared from selected Iberian Pork meat and some fat and is seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt and some spices.

The sausage has a long cylindrical shape, hence the name candle. It is maturated for 15 to 20 days.

It may be eaten cured, boiled or roasted.
