HOT CHORIZO

It is an U-shaped sausage with selected Iberian Pork meat mixed with some fat and seasoned with paprika, spices, garlic, salt and piri-piri (chilli sauce), giving it a hot taste.

After a 24-hour maturation and filling process, it initiates a 15-to-20-day maturation process.

It may be eaten cured, boiled or roasted.
