Meat chorizo is prepared with selected Iberian Pork meat and some fat that, after cut to small pieces, is seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt and some spices.

The sausage has an U- shape and a maturation process ranging from 15 to 20 days.

It may be eaten cured, boiled or roasted.
