The Iberian pork meat varies between pale pink and dark pink and has a low fibrous texture with intramuscular fat that gives the meat unique sensory properties.
Based on the iberian pork, we produce meat preparations such as kebabs with peppers, kebabs with pineapple, mixed kebabs and unique and succulent burgers like the Black Pork hamburger with apple and chorizo, among others.
